George E. Bullwinkel George has practiced law since 1964 and concentrates in intellectual property law, environmental law, computer law, litigation and aviation law. He is a graduate of Harvard University, with an undergraduate degree from Cornell in Mechanical Engineering. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and brings a unique perspective to his practice of administrative law as a licensed pilot.
